What Louie Bernstein will deliver for you.
Having just completed a one year stint as the General Manager at New Horizons in Atlanta, and during the worst economy in 30 years, Louie Bernstein led all six privately-owned centers in gross sales, net sales, and collections, while increasing sales 10% and profits 132% in Georgia.

Prior to that, Mr. Bernstein founded and grew an organization that sold products and services worldwide, while earning a spot in the INC 500 along the way. Would you like that kind of success for your organization? If so, keep reading.

Mr. Bernstein will help drive your business forward, if you have a turnaround situation or are an organization that wants rapid growth, expansion and team building. Possibilities:
Senior Management – in a company where the CEO needs experienced sales management for an organization that needs a real jump in sales, profits and team building.

Experience
General Manager, New Horizons Atlanta
January 2009 – February 2010. Full P&L responsibility. Overachiever.

New Horizons Achievements – In first 12 months as General Manager of New Horizons Atlanta:
• Mr. Bernstein became the leading center in gross and net sales, out of six centers. Before Mr. Bernstein’s joining, the    Atlanta office ranked fifth out of six franchises.
• Turned large losses from previous years into large profits in 2009.

Mr. Bernstein led a sales team with horrible morale into a fiercely loyal, competitive and
tightly bonded group. This was accomplished utilizing a systematic approach including daily sales training, role playing, goal setting, and team building projects.

Mr. Bernstein increased all staff utilization and performance metrics through a comprehensive implementation of a quality and service system. One example was spearheading a new SharePoint system which has saved each sales manager at least four hours of redundant work per week, and cut sales administration costs.

Founder and CEO
MindIQ Corporation – 1986 to 2008

As CEO and Founder Mr. Bernstein grew the business, to such an extent, that MindIQ was included in the 2002 Inc. 500 list of fastest growing private companies in America.

• Led MindIQ to becoming a 2002 INC 500 company with 519% sales growth.
• Closed a $100k deal with a 25 minute presentation.
• Earned the 2005 Georgia Technology Association Innovation Award.

Mr. Bernstein built an IT training and consulting organization that sold over 20,000 student seats. During a security consulting assignment in late 2000, Mr. Bernstein’s team delivered a disaster recovery plan to a bank one block from the World Trade Center. Following the catastrophe of 9/11, this bank did not lose one online transaction during 9/11, or any day thereafter.

Mr. Bernstein created an eLearning system from scratch, which currently hosts over 58,000 online students, on a recurring revenue stream model (SAAS). The business was sold in December 2008.

Mr. Bernstein negotiated the takeover of a competitor’s business for a percentage of sales only, leading to an additional $3 million in revenue in one year.
